This makes sense because during the night when you are sleeping, there is no additional food or liquid intake and the supplements have a better chance to adhere to the walls of the intestines and do their job. The “intestinal broom” ingredients (to sweep out the junk) are taken in the morning. The mucoid plaque dissolving ingredients are taken at night. The primary difference between Level 3 and Level 4 is that you will be skipping dinner and in its place, you will be taking an extra serving of the evening drink. In other words, do not do Level 4 continuously. Then, do another Level 4 in a month or so. If you feel that you need to continue cleansing after a two week period of doing Level 4, then please revert to level 3 for the long term. This level should not be done for more than 2 weeks.
